Accepting BitCoin for our Non-Profit Projects.

We are a fiscal sponsor for many non-profit organizations. We were approached to get a large sum of BitCoins as a donation.

We have questions as to how to accept these: - Do we have to create an account? would it be called a Merchant Account? - What would the fees be to convert the BitCoins into USD currency?

I have about 40 USD in my Bitpay wallet, when I try ordering my Bitpay Visa debit card it says I do not have enough. the card only cost $9.95.
